1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of QEMBRIX. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for your business.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by breaking the law, infringing rights, sending spam, or attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

5. Your content & data

You retain ownership of the data you put into QEMBRIX. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you process, including obtaining any required consents from your clients.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may affect availability.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable period.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your contract or, if none, the jurisdiction of our principal place of business.
